01. How can I register at the Crittersystem?

You can register with your personal EF28 login information.

02. When will I be confirmed in one of the Crittertypes when its requires introduction / safety training?

After you have attended the introduction / safety training, the responsible shift manager will confirm you.

03. How can I register for a shift?

Check the available shifts to see which shifts are still looking for volunteers of your crittertype and apply there.

04. I signed up, but now I can't do the shift. How can I cancel the shift?

You can delete the shift for yourself in your own shift menu up to 24 hours before the shift. If you have to cancel at short notice, please get in touch with the contact of your crittertype. He will then take you off the shift and have to look for a replacement.

05. What do I get for volunteering at Eurofurence?

Every on-site volunteer will receive a volunteer pin after just 2 hours of helping out at Eurofurence. After 6 hours, you will receive an event ticket of your choice, subject to availability, for an event in Hall 3 or Hall 4. It is possible to earn more than one ticket. Ask for the volunteer pin and the tickets at the info desk!

06. How many shifts/hours do I have to help to get a voucher?

For every 6 hours of help you get a voucher.

07. Why are there different groups of helpers?

We are happy about everyone who supports us and wants to help. There are different tasks to be completed. For some tasks, safety instructions are required, for others, additional personal protective equipment is required. Other Crittertypes requires special skills. Please have a look, what suits you best.

08. Can I only be in one Crittertype?

No. You can be part of different Crittertypes.

For Stage as special case, you will inherit the Crittertypes which requires less skills. E.g. as 'Stage: Hand with PPE', you will also be in 'Stage: Hand' and in 'Stage: Assistant'.

09. How to enter the telegram contact during registration in the Crittersystem

Just enter your telegram name without any additional signs or info. You don't have to add the @ sign. It will be added by the system internally.
